Personalized Walnut Mirror

From ideas, plans and prototypes to the final product we’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
One of the best parts about Krafka Kraft is that you get to choose how involved you want to be in the building process. You can simply come to us with an idea and ask us to come up with different designs for you to choose from, or you can have exactly what you want in mind and give us the description and dimensions you want for your project.
The customer who ordered these mirrors had a specific idea for how he wanted the mirrors to look and just needed us to work on logistics and sizing. So we created plans, drawings and a prototype to ensure we were making exactly what he had in mind. We engraved and personalized the mirrors for him and had them ready and delivered by the 21st so he would have the mirrors in time to give them to their intended recipients on Christmas.
Being able to help create such sincere and unique gifts for people means everything to us. We feel the making of heartfelt projects like these really encapsulates the true meaning of Christmas through putting heart, effort, meaning and sincerity into a unique gift for those most important to us. We were only too happy to collaborate with this customer and make his idea into a reality.

Cake Pop Tree

A fun and creative project for our most beloved baker Naja Harrell Druva.

The base is solid cherry while the trunk and branches are made from reclaimed pine barn wood. We tried to make the tree look as organic as possible. To achieve this the branches were cut to different sizes and assembled at odd angles and heights on the trunk. The tree can hold around 45 delicious cake pops! The ones shown here are Naja’s infamous sugar plum cake pops, ‘cause ‘tis the season.
Happy holidays everyone! And don’t forget to support local small businesses this holiday season. Your support is what keeps us alive and we can’t thank you enough for it!

Eastern Iowa Arts Academy Donation

These plant stands are comprised of white oak and walnut legs, welded steel bases with white oak platforms to set potted plants on. They would normally sell for $75 – $100 a piece, but we are donating these to be auctioned at Harvesting the Arts, a fundraiser for The Eastern Iowa Arts Academy.

The Eastern Iowa Arts Academy is a nonprofit after school arts organization created for K – 12th grade students in the Greater Cedar Rapids metro area. EIAA offers classes in art, music, drama, dance, cultural arts and creative writing.

EIAA’s multidisciplinary and multicultural arts programs enhance the appreciation of the arts, strengthen performance abilities, provide quality after school activities, and celebrate the rich diversity in the Cedar Rapids community.

This donation is important to Krafka Kraft because art means everything to us. Art helped us find our voice, it is our passion and our livelihood, and we want to pay it forward. We want to support as we have been supported, to build up as we have been built up by the corridor community, and what better way to do that than through EIAA and the incredible work they do cultivating art in the Cedar Rapids area. Keep up the great work!
